Returns & Exchanges

At Fortress 91, every item is made to order just for you. Because we don’t carry pre-made inventory, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference.

We provide detailed sizing information and size charts on our products to help you choose the best fit before ordering. Please take a moment to review the measurements carefully before completing your purchase.

There’s another reason we try to keep unnecessary returns to a minimum: 10% of Fortress 91 profits support Christian missions. Every order helps us continue that mission, and we’re incredibly grateful for your support.

But if we got it wrong, we’ll make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly made, please contact us with clear photos showing the issue. Once the problem has been verified, our supplier will produce and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can get the issue resolved.
