At Fortress 91, every item is made to order just for you. This helps us avoid unnecessary inventory and allows each piece to be created specifically when you place your order.

Processing & Fulfillment

Because our products are made to order, please allow time for your item to be printed, prepared and packaged before it ships. Processing times are separate from shipping times and may vary depending on the product, destination and order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information, when available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays or other shipping disruptions.

Multiple Packages

Some Fortress 91 products may be produced or fulfilled at different facilities. If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally arrive separately or in more than one package. Don't worry—you won't be charged additional shipping because we chose to fulfill your order separately.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on the destination country. Any applicable charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible. Because orders move into production, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment has begun.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly made, please contact us with your order information and clear photos of the issue so we can work with our supplier to have it corrected.

If tracking shows an order as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with household members, neighbours and the shipping carrier. If you still can't locate it, contact us and we'll help determine the next step.
