1. About Fortress 91

Fortress 91 is an independent Christian apparel and lifestyle brand offering Scripture-inspired clothing, accessories and other products.

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to make purchases in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to do so.

2. Made-to-Order Products

Most Fortress 91 products are made to order. Production begins after your order is placed.

Because products are made specifically for each order, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference or other personal preferences are not accepted.

Detailed product descriptions, measurements and sizing information are provided to help you choose the appropriate product and size before ordering.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

We want you to receive what you ordered.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrectly made, please contact us promptly and provide your order information along with clear photographs showing the issue.

Once the issue has been verified, our supplier will arrange for an appropriate replacement to be produced and sent at no additional cost, where applicable.

4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is complete and accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment issues, product availability, incorrect pricing or errors in product information.

Prices and availability may change without notice.

5. Shipping

Because our products are made to order, production time and shipping time are separate.

Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Fortress 91 is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

6. Product Appearance

We work to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Because products are individually printed, minor variations in colour, print placement or appearance may occur between the product displayed online and the finished item.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Fortress 91 name, branding, logos, original artwork, graphics, product designs, photographs, written content and other original materials appearing on this website belong to Fortress 91 or are used with appropriate permission.

They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold or used commercially without prior written permission.

Biblical Scripture itself is not claimed as the property of Fortress 91. Rights associated with particular Bible translations remain with their respective copyright holders where applicable.

8. Scripture & Faith-Based Content

Our products use Scripture references, biblical themes, humour, wordplay and imagery as expressions of Christian faith and as conversation starters.

Fortress 91 is an independent brand and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any particular church, denomination, ministry or Bible publisher unless expressly stated.

9. Mission Giving

Part of the purpose behind Fortress 91 is giving back.

10% of Fortress 91 profits support Christian missions.

This commitment refers to profits, not 10% of the purchase price of each individual order. Mission recipients may change over time as Fortress 91 chooses organizations and initiatives to support.

10. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on our website is accurate. However, occasional errors involving pricing, product descriptions, availability or other information may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors or update information when necessary.

11. Third-Party Services
